The Expandable Bo Staff has everything you want in a training staff and more. With the flick of a wrist, this metal bo staff extends out to 60 inches long to become an aggressively effective staff that you can use for training or kata.
The rubberized grip that covers the handle on our telescopic bo staff makes the staff comfortable to hold. The texture and even the diamond grip pattern gives you an unbeatable grip that will let you swing your staff around with reckless abandon without fear that your sweaty palms will cause you to lose your hold.
When you're ready to take your staff home or store it safely in your vehicle of choice, you can recollapse it by driving each end down into a hard surface and following through. The friction lock design means that the staff will stay open until then. After that, it's just a matter of carrying the 22 inch or 31 inch collapsed baton with you wherever you like.
