Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.

We Ship fast!  Most orders ship the same day they are placed if the order is placed before 2:00pm west coast time (excluding weekends), however there may be a delay if an item is on backorder.  If you need something quickly, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-696-0436 to check availability.

The timeframes stated below are only estimates based on our experience. Once a package is in the hands of FedEx or USPS, we have no control over it and are not responsible for packages that are delivered late.

Putting a good phone number on your order and checking your email regularly will greatly help us resolve issues (usually related to problems with our address validation system) and help us ship your order as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping (3 - 12 Days):

• Orders are shipped via the cheapest method available depending on the size, weight, and package destination.
• Most packages arrive quickly, but may take up to 12 days or more depending on your location (We ship from Phoenix, AZ).
• If you're order is time sensitive, please let us know in your order notes and we'll do our best to accomadate you or contact you with other shipping options.

Rush Shipping (3 - 5 Day):

• Packages are shipped Monday through Friday via Priority Mail through from US Postal Service or FedEx Ground Home Delivery.
• Most packages arrive within 5 days of being shipped.
• We will attempt to contact you by phone, text message, or email if there are any delays.
• FedEx does not deliver on Sunday or Monday. The Postal Service does not deliver on Sunday.

Express Shipping (2 Day):

• Packages are shipped Monday through Friday via Express Mail from the United States Postal Service.
• Your order should arrive within 2 days of being shipped (Excluding Sunday)
• Signature required.

We currently do not bill or ship internationally.

We currently do not bill or ship to APO or FPO military addresses.

There may be an additional shipping charge for packages going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We will contact you prior to shipping if there is an additional charge. The cost of shipping to these states will be based on the weight and size of the package being shipped.
