"I'm a 65 year old long time martial artist. I developed tendonitis in my elbow, and my physical therapist told me to get a light weight Hanbo to rehab my arm. This Hanbo fit the bill. "It's a perfect weight, length, and width for limbering and dexterity exercises, and that combined with its hardness, would make an excellent close quarter weapon. The grips are also a wonderful plus.
The only issue I have is that, it being aluminum, it scars easily from impacts or scratches from wearing rings.
It would be cool if Kombativ offered an abrasive resistant stainless steel version of this litte gem. I would buy it..."
