Some want a knife by their side for opening letters and packages. Those that carry the Camo OTF Trench Knife want to be able to slice through anything that crosses their path, and also having a set of semi-spiked knuckles in their pocket for when a blade is not going to work. These automatic knuckle knives are built to last, and they have your safety and protection as the top of their list.
These knives are considered 'out the front' because of the sliding button on the side that determines whether the spear point blade is pushed out and exposed, or retracted and hidden inside of the handle. The slider does all of the work for you by engaging the tension springs on the inside, making quick work of either an open or a close. The stainless steel knife blade is vented with black anodized accents, and has a double-sided fine edge that comes out ready to slice.
The housing of this automatic camo knife is metal and has '1918 U.S.' stamped into the side as a nod to the original military trench knives of WWI. The spiked knuckles are large and oval with studs on the outer rim, making this switch blade into a trench knife to be dealt with. For transport, the side does have a large metal pocket clip, and the base stud has a spike as well as a hole for securing a string or cord. You won't have to hide when you have this knife by your side, but it has the modern digital camouflage print if you decide to.
