This set of pinwheel throwing stars is made from a thick piece of stainless steel. You won't see much silver as each one of these ninja weapons has a decorative print on it. One has a dark blue dragon character, and the other a fiery phoenix with reds and oranges. These printed decorations make the shuriken easy to identify as your own, but be advised that the prints will crack and chip once thrown into a hard surface a few too many times.
The 5 pointed tips are studded, meaning they don't have a razor sharp fine edge, but that is what makes them great for throwing. If you don't have the accuracy or power behind your aim, then they won't give you the added benefit of sticking into the wall due to a sharpened blade.
