The Desert Combat Pocket Knife is ripe for a day's work, with a wide combo-edge blade and vented handle that matches the sand out on the horizon.
These manual knives are crafted with steel and a durable injection molded ABS handle, both of which have vented holes to reduce their weight. Overall, each knife is only about 3.5 ounces though they open to a full 8.25 inches long. The blade has a wide front belly with a straight edge and a center serrated section. This gives you the teeth needed to saw through string, rope, and wires, which happens often during a normal day's work.
Flipper knives have the added bonus of being opened with a thumb stud. A slight push of the stud will pull the 3CR13 stainless steel blade away from the subtly magnetized housing. Then a quick flick of the wrist will bring out the 3.5-inch sharpened blade and allow it to lock in place for use. A simple push of the lock tab will allow the blade to tuck back into the housing, and then you can tuck this tan combat knife back on your belt or into your pocket.
