The metal of this rugged folding knife is 3CR13 stainless steel. The steel of the 3.5-inch blade is given a dark stonewashed finish with a textured etching all over. It also has some vent holes through the spine to prevent suction while chopping through anything moist. The steel of the handle is smooth and anodized with a black coating to help fight corrosion as well as providing extra stealth. One side of the handle has a sanded smooth piece of pakkawood, while the opposite side has a long black metal pocket clip.

Many drop point folding knives have the pointed tip, but they don't have the wide blade of this pocket cleaver. With the widened angle of the point, you can put some serious leverage into slicing through extremely tough materials. The flat blade helps guide the sharpened fine edge for delicate yet long slices that will be more precise than a trailing or clip point blade. For more control when applying force, the base of the handle has some ridged jimping to help your fingers from slipping around.

Folded up, this portable cleaver knife is about 4.75-inches long, and using the spring assisted open, reaches a full length of just over 8 inches. Yet this knife is only 6.4 ounces, which is deceptively light for how hefty this steel chisel-point blade is. The weight reduction is in the handle, that while secure, is slim.
