Have you been in desperate need of a wide blade to help you throughout the day? Do you crave a steel that isn't 440 stainless? Then you'll find a loyal companion in the Desert Combat Folding Knife. This cleaver-style clip point blade has been folded up too long and needs to get out to stretch it's legs.

These manual folding knives are made out of 8Cr14Mov stainless steel which is a much tougher steel than many regular pocket knives are made of. The extremely wide and sharp blade has a fine edge reaching about 3.75 inches long, with a fuller running along the spine. The blade looks like it has been clipped, giving the end a fine tip that is versatile and a lot easier to sharpen. With the steel this pocketknife is made of, you may not have to ever sharpen it! These knives unfold completely to about 8.5-inches, and weigh about 6 ounces.

Gripping onto the tan G-1o composite handle, you'll feel the textured finish and let your fingers fall into the ergonomic grip sections. There is also extensive jimping along the top and back of the handle, giving you a non-slip leverage area for those extra spicy cuts. The metal pocket clip and inner locking steel liner are black anodized for a clean look against the sliver color of the pointed blade. When you have it attached to your side, you'll be showing off some tactical desert style.

You can hook paracord through the lanyard hole at the base of the handle, or stash it inconspicuously into your necessities gear bag. The bar-locking mechanism means you must apply force to the thumb studs to bring out the blade, and then the locking liner will keep it in place. Once the cut is complete, or the threat has subsided, then lift the bar in the handle to release the blade back into the handle to fold this combat knife up to just 5-inches. You won't be disappointed trekking around with your wide-bladed ball bearing knife, lending a cut or a helping hand whenever duty calls.
