These training bo staffs are crafted with a thick-walled aluminum tubing in a single piece that is available in 4, 5, and 6 foot lengths. This prevents the staff from weighing a metric ton and putting undue strain on your wrists. The 1-inch diameter shaft has threaded ends to allow you to attach either a sturdy cap machined out of aluminum or a solid steel spike that reaches 2 inches long.

When training, the caps provide an unsharpened end to the staff that allows you to practice with confidence.
