The blade is made of an incredibly thick 440-C stainless steel. It measures about 5/16ths of an inch thick, which is insane. The stonewashed finish is fine and has little tumbling, leaving the steel dark and smooth to the touch. With the sturdy drop point blade shape, this tactical knife gives you a 4.25-inch razor sharp edge, with the entire knife reaching about 9 inches long. The handle is a textured black G10 with multiple holes through it, with a dedicated lanyard hole at the base.

The steel of this knife has a hardness rating of 58HRC, which is extremely tough. Good thing, because as an avid outdoorsman, you'll be slicing, stabbing, chopping, chipping, and skinning a whole lot while you're out on the trail. The included Kydex sheath knows this, so it is durable, black, and has mounting holes as well as an adjustable belt clip.
